Effective October 11, 2026

Breakbar is a supplement bar in development, based in California. This page explains what this website collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you type it into the waitlist form.
• Basic technical information that any website receives when a page loads, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit. Our hosting company records this automatically.

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your email address to tell you when Breakbar is ready to buy and to send news about the launch. We use the technical information to keep the site running and to block spam.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the companies that run this site for us:

• Netlify hosts the site and stores waitlist sign-ups. Sign-ups are checked for spam by Akismet.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
• An email service will send the launch emails on our behalf.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email manxo3938@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Do Not Track

This site does not track you across other websites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Age

Breakbar is for adults. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete the address.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
